Conditions for Return

• Return Window: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Item Condition: Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories included.
• Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must accompany the returned item.
• Non-returnable Items:
• Custom-made or personalised bags
• Items purchased on sale
• Products bought with a gift card

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

• Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
• Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.

Return Shipping

Shipping Costs: The client is responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a traceable shipping method, as we cannot be held liable for lost or undelivered items.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 5 business days for us to inspect the product and process your refund or exchange.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment once we have received and processed the returned item.
